Dear Members,
Once again this year, we are looking for our club champion (women and men).
The competition will be played in a knockout format over two weekends, starting directly with the round of 16. The tournament is scheduled for the weekends of September 19–21 (round of 16 / quarterfinals) and September 27–28 (semifinals / finals). There will be an open women’s category and an open men’s category. The exact match schedule will be announced after the registration phase.
Since we start directly with the round of 16, only 16 women and 16 men will be admitted. If more players register, there will be qualification matches beforehand. These will be drawn after the registration deadline (August 17) and must be completed before the start of the tournament. The top 10 LK players are excluded from having to play qualification matches.
In addition, like last year, there will be a mixed doubles tournament on the second weekend (preferably Sunday, but possibly Saturday too depending on the number of participants). The exact format will be determined after registration once we know the final number of participants.
This year, there will again be an entry fee of €6 per player for singles and €4 per player for mixed doubles. This covers the cost of balls for each match. The remaining proceeds will go toward prizes, which will be awarded to the finalists. Players finishing in third place will also receive prizes.
Registration is completed with payment of the entry fee. You can register and pay directly with Bartosz Swiatek or Martin Hagemann, or via PayPal transfer to martin.hagemann79@gmail.com, with the note: LTC25 + name of the participant(s) + info whether singles, mixed, or both.

On the weekend when the semifinals and finals take place, we will also have a barbecue and drinks available. We would also greatly appreciate additional treats such as salads or cakes. Please check with Bartosz and Martin beforehand to see what is still needed. They’ll be happy to hear from you by call or message.
